Default Pump heads on non-standard electric motors

I have a hot tub that’s dead, but the motors still work fine on it.

I wanted to nab whatever valuable parts I could off of it before I had it taken away.

Is it feasible to take the electric motors and mount a homebrew useable pump head on them? Has anybody else tried this?

I was thinking about mounting something like this on it…

Hmm... At 2HP, I'm betting that's a silly amount of overkill. Might use one for a grain mill instead.
