Default PROPS to AUBER INST.

Placed an order there today at 4:05pm for my PID, SSR, heat sink and thermocouple...

At 4:08pm I recieved a call from them, pointing out that I ordered a PID with RELAY only output. They saw that I had also ordered an SSR and probably wanted the identical PID with SSR output. WOW... I was astonished, great job. I highly recommend them!

Would you be so kind as to post a link or a contact?

HERE is the link.

auberins.com, Temperature control solutions for home and industry

That is by far the BEST customer service I have ever recieved. I mean, they looked at my order, in the first 3 minutes, deduced that I wanted a different PID by looking at the remainder of my order, and called me to correct it.

They did the same thing when I bought mine. It works great to control my BK.
