i looked it up and it appears to be similar to this Amazon listing:

First of all, I have no idea what "Porcelainized" means and I have no idea if that's good or bad for a boil. The amazon listing says it's 30 Qts, so I figure that's perfect for doing 5 gallon full boil extract batches, which is what I wanna do.

For $30, I'm interested, unless it turns out that "Porcelainized" is bad. Any ideas?

The brand is Morrone if that makes a difference.

Never heard of it. I would think it's safe to assume its food-grade and fine for beer as this is a turkey fryer though. Might be some kind of ceramic glaze on the inside of the pot. Given that beer boiling temps are much lower than frying temps, I think you'd be fine to buy this and use it.

I have a porcelain coffee peculator for camping. Eventually the porcelain cracks and the non-stainless steel underneath starts to rust. Personally I would stay away but that is just based on my experience with the coffee pot.
