An old friend gave me some additional brewing eqipment he hasn't used in several years. This included a 10 gal. PolarWare brew kettle with stainless ball valve. There is another threaded 'neck' above the ball valve for a thermometer. It's plugged now, but where might I find a threaded thermometer. Also, there is no false bottom, which I would like to have, also.
