Default PID Question

I am looking into getting a PID soon but have questions. I am in the planning / design phase of a RIMS system with a cooler for my mash vessel. I would like to get a PID to run both my HLT element and RIMS element. Wich ones from Auber works the best for each portion. I noticed that some have a ramp feature others are split between relay output and SSR output (difference??) so anyone who uses them that would like to chime in would be greatly appreciated.

You might want to post this in the electric section.
