Default Original Phil Mill Conversion?

I own an original single-roller Phil Mill. I'm getting at least 80% efficiency in my brews. This roller attaches to an underside of a table via two hand tightened hooks. I use an electric hand drill to mill the grain.

Two questions: Has any one successfully converted this mill to work with an AC motor and pulley wheel and belt? If not, is there a better (improved) way to add a hopper and base to this roller mill?
