Default O2 pressure from welding tank
I have a welding tank that I am using to oxygenate my wort. I am using a .02 micron stone. What do I set the regulator for or how much psi?

Set it for zero, then open the tank valve. Slowly increase the regulator setting until small bubbles begin rising to the surface of the wort. It won't take much.
