During my last brew day I used leaf hops rather than pellets and while draining the kettle to the fermenter the hops plugged up the hose. Without thinking I blew into the hose but didn't swish my mouth with vodka or anything to sterilize it. Since then there has been nothing unusual floating around in the bucket and no unusual smell. Am I good do you think or should I do a taste test as well?

Nothing to do but wait. Odds are you will be fine. The less you mess with your beer the better off you are. I usually pitch yeast, come back next day to see if it started fermenting and leave it be for 2 weeks or so.
