Lol! I'm going to have to start asking for donations ; )

Here's what I have planned: seriously hoppy PtH clone with 35 oz of hops in the kettle and will be broken down into the following additions:

10 oz 13.1% CTZ 90 min
4 oz 13.1% CTZ 45 min
4 oz 13% Simcoe 30 min
12 oz 13% Simcoe 0 min
5 oz 9.2% Amarillo 0 min

Each addition will be split equally into both baskets and stirred vigorously.

The beginnings of greatness!

Almost had a beertastrophe as my new "ultimate sparge arm" MoreBeer float switch for auto sparging that I waited a month for ended up being wired backwards so it kept running and almost overflowed.....
