Default New Brewery Schematic

Whipped this up at work today instead of doing actual work. Take a look and let me know what you think. Thanks!!

Kettle and Mash Tun are 25 gal and HLT is 15 gal. Looking to do mostly 10 gal batches with an occasional 15 if I really need to push out some beer.

You are going to want a 25 gallon HLT and with that volume a burner under the MT is nice to heat your strike water.

I would highly suggest that you have 3/4 inch silicone supply to the inlet of a self prime pump. We use tri clamps when ever we can. You want full port 1/2 on the inlet side. Restrictions on the output are not a problem.
We did our own schematic prior to starting but had to make modifications. We have a 3 March pumps.

Also from now own, we will only purchase braided silicone hose. The non braided is too soft when hot.
