Default need brew pot suggestions

I've moved up to all grain and now I need a bigger pot.

Anyone have recommendations on 12-15 gallon pots? Price isn't a huge deal, but the less I spend now...then sooner I build my keezer...

Thanks for any advice!

How about this? I bought two from this place and I'm happy with the quality. I have not drilled them for valves yet, but I may tomorrow. When I bought mine, they were $5 less, but even at $75, it is still a great price and they shipped quickly.

Not bad "inexpensive" pots for the money...certainly adequate for 5 gal batches.

A 100 quart aluminum pot ~$72, but no lid. Lid is another ~$30.

Edit: if you buy both together they are ~$111, still a pretty good deal.

A two weld 15 gallon pot with lid for $119. You can't do better than that for a kettle with two welds. I have the 9 gallon version of this one, thinking about trading up. Good company too, they usually ship quick.

+1 for aluminum stock pots. They are available lots of places these days for less than a dollar per quart capacity. Stainless looks cool and can be cleaned with the caustic chemicals used in big breweries. But aluminum is just as effective as a cooking utensil for pennies on the dollar.

Great advice from everyone! What's the overall consensus of aluminum pots? They are extremely inexpensive....but I have heard that it may give off flavors? Any truth to that? Or any other drawbacks?

thanks

Been using an aluminum pot since day 1, first with extract then with BIAB, 25 batches and no off flavors. Cost was why I went that route.
