Default Monster Mill Francis is a cool cat

Thanks buddy. I appreciate your help in hooking a brutha up. Same goes to Jami, the best damn homebrew shop owner in the land.

Default Awesome!!

Wow, that is awesome, do you have a build list? I was looking to build one and I like the way yours look. I was looking at the motor and pullies.

Thank you!

I based mine pretty much off the BYO article. 12" mill pulley, 1725 rpm motor, 1.5" motor pulley, 3L440 Gates belt, and an MM3-2.0 from Francis. The cart is something I threw together in the shop with some unused 80/20 so I don't really have plans for that but if you are skilled at using a chopsaw, you can build 80/20...

That thing is beautiful, it almost looks like it has a platinum coating in that picture.

Here I was excited about mounting mine to a sink cut out from a formica countertop install I did recently and making a hopper from some scrap galvanized sheet metal.

You have raised the bar with this setup. Very nice job!

It's not as shiny after its first run, in which I put 35 pounds through it. I plan on grinding roughly that much this next weekend as well.

Thanks for the props.
