I based mine pretty much off the BYO article. 12" mill pulley, 1725 rpm motor, 1.5" motor pulley, 3L440 Gates belt, and an MM3-2.0 from Francis. The cart is something I threw together in the shop with some unused 80/20 so I don't really have plans for that but if you are skilled at using a chopsaw, you can build 80/20...

That thing is beautiful, it almost looks like it has a platinum coating in that picture.
Here I was excited about mounting mine to a sink cut out from a formica countertop install I did recently and making a hopper from some scrap galvanized sheet metal.
You have raised the bar with this setup. Very nice job!

It's not as shiny after its first run, in which I put 35 pounds through it. I plan on grinding roughly that much this next weekend as well.
