Default Measuring first wort

Is it safe to measure first wort runnings in a fermentation bucket or are temps too high for the bucket?

I have done it several times without any issues.I transfer to the boil kettle as soon as all my water has been collected.

I remember reading somewhere that the max temp is around 180-190*. I might be wrong but I have been doing the same thing for a long time now, no issues.

my first all grain will be palmer's oaked mild, without the oak then I'm going to be doing an all citra ipa soon after
