Magnetic Induction heat?
Back in college I worked in a restaurant with magnetic induction burners for all of our boiling and frying needs. I remember them being incredibly fast for boiling water and it got me to thinking just now about the possibility for brewing. Has anyone ever heard of people using these burners for brewing? I'm guessing they're either price prohibitive or they don't make induction coils large enough to boil 100 quarts of liquid or I feel like they would be the only option.
