Default Love controller

I am new to this forum but have been luking about reading post and soaking up your forum. I have been extract brewing for about 1 year now. I want to put a love controller on a spare fridge that i have so i can do some lagers. I went to Dwyer instruments site to order Love TSS2 controller and it has options for 12V, 115V and 230Vcontroller. I am assuming the controller runs off of the voltage of the fridge so I am just order the voltage that my fridge is. Just wanted to make sure before i placed my order.

Thanks in advance

Tim in Michigan.

You wire it different ways. I just put mine in place of the factory one so it was powered by the same 110 (115) that the fridge is. It will 99% be 115V for you if you live in the US, Those across the pond would use the 230. 12V would be for a special case scenario on something with a 12V Supply.

Welcome aboard.

Yep, the 2100 model is the 115VAC, which is what you want if you are wiring it into a fridge in the US.

It's your forum too now.

I have no idea about controllers. Just wanted to say welcome.

Thanks for the info guys. I ordered the 115V since that is what my fridge is.
