Lost that Plastic end thingy on Auto siphon?
I've been using a coffee filter for months now. Just push it to the bottom with the siphon. Works much better than that plastic thingy ever did!

Great idea! I don't use carboys very often, usually those ale pails, so that would work for me, too.

Off topic here but,
I missed the idea about using plastic liners in the fermenter. Where do you get the bags?

Reynolds 24lb Turkey bags for a local source. Online for bulk orders. the Reynolds run about $3.00 for two bags.
