Default Lagering fridge control

Ok, I see people using Johnson controls and something called Rancho. Can anyone add to this as far as the cheaper model #s and are these the only 2 controls used to do this?

You can use ANY close on high (or SPDT/DPDT) controllers that are capable of 120v/15amp operation. There are a lot out there on Ebay. Johnson Controls, White Westinghouse, Ranco, etc.
