Keggle construction
|
|
Has anybody put together a tutorial in keggle construction? I'm thinking of creating one and would like to know what options there are for construction.
Here is what I'm thinking...
1. Disassembly
2. Cut hole in lid. (plasma cutter, angle grinder, hack saw, teeth, etc)
3. Adding valve, valve types, benefits
4. False bottoms, options benefits, etc.
5. Adding thermometer
6. Other options. I will have to hire the welding out to somebody
Your input is most appreciated.

I’ve been told that this is the reigning example of a well thought out plan using precise measurements and optimal tolerances, coupled with flawless execution and painstaking attention to the details.
Can’t remember who told me that though
On second thought...check out the wiki.

I might have to buy a ticket to St Louis, break in and grind that thing to a perfect circle so I can stop having nightmares.
