I noticed on Thursday that I had left my bottle of Iodophor open for about 4-5 days without a cap.

Is it still working?

I bet it's fine. I know it deteriorates, but I bet it's very slowly in its concentrated form. If you mix up a no-rinse batch and it still have that brown tinge and a slight odor, you're good.

Should iodophor be kept in the dark? Cold?

I have a feeling I read somewhere that it should be...

I just leave it on the shelf (undiluted).

Once mixed it's only good for 24 hours.
