I just got a danish/donut icing bucket from Kroger's yesterday. But I get home and I see that it's <5> HDPE. But isn't HDPE <1> or <2>? I figured that since it's food icing, it's food grade, but I thought I'd post to see if anyone else picked up some frosting/icing buckets from bakeries and they weren't <1> or <2> grade.
