Default How many batches does a propane tank last?

I was curious since I always forget to track it. IF using only for the HLT and Brewpot how many batches could you do with one tank?

Probably 5-8 depending on length of boil, but I would never risk runnung out. I always have a backup.

I think it depends on your burner. Some are more efficient than others. My new burner, the Bayou Classic patio cooker, is much more efficient than the wal-mart-special turkey fryers that I'd been using.

I have 4 tanks total and I always keep spares...
