Default how long does star san last?

Ive got a gallon jug full from my last batch and I was gonna keep it to fill the spray bottle. Will it last a couple months?

Usually, in a sealed container, it will last a good long time. Look for it turning cloudy, or getting a film on the bottom of the container it's in. I typically keep the spray bottle full of Star San, changing it either when it's below 1/2 full, or when I have mixed up a fresh batch.

Mixed with distilled water it will remain potent for months...

Check the pH for extended storage (I forget the number off the top of my head). Distilled water is supposed to last indefinitely.

I believe ph 3.3 or lower and you're good-to-go. It was mentioned in an old brewing radio podcast on sanitation.
