Lol, shower = funny. Hot water soap = a solution? Nitrile gloves = crap off to google....double crap still can't tell if its funny or a solution. Reluctant to ask how to use exam gloves.

On a serious note I've got 7 kegs and run through at least 50 batches between them and I've never owned keg lube. Guess I prefer going in dry.

Nitrile gloves was serious. Put gloves on lube o rings discard gloves.
No muss no fuss

Ah my fault, I read the OP as asking how to clean the O-rings when the kegs kicks. Your answer makes sense as to hands.
