How do I clean/sanitise air filter
The one used between air pump to stone aerator,
is it ok to get it wet?

No. Don't get it wet. It should be sanitary to begin with, but remember to always blow in the same direction to prevent contamination. Also, keep it in a plastic bag when not in use.
