20 bottles is a lot. You typical home faucet is 5-8gpm. Even with properly sized nozzles, you're only going to get 1/20th of your normal flow (1/4 - 1/3gpm). For reference, I use some 10gph (1/6gpm) sprinklers in my flowers and there is no way I would trust one (or two) for washing a bottle. Rinsing clean bottles, or washing away solids prior to a proper cleaning, yes.
That said, a drip irrigation system would be a good start. Take down spray nozzles (red) and cut off the downward diverter. That will give you a straight stream out the end of a 1/4in by 6in wand. Now open the in-line pressure regulators and remove the flow disk. That will give you all the flow. Repeat 20x and you're in business.
