Default Is this a good deal?

I found someone selling off their All Grain equipment and figured this would be a good chance for me to step up this fall. He is selling the following for 250 (negotiable). Everything is pretty new (used less than 10 times)

Cajun Cooker propane burner

10 gal. coolers one mash/lauter tun and one hot liquor tank. both have brass fittings, the mash tun is fitted w/ a ss false bottom. HLT comes with fly-sparge arm.

JSP adjustable malt mill. hand crank.

25 lbs. of marris otter pale 2-row malt from Crisp malting

Not a bad price. I'd go for it. It's worth $350 easy.

I saw that on CL and thought it would be a good deal for anyone looking into AG. Even if you cannot get him to $200, still a great score IMHO.
