he is local to me and we are in the same job field. Anyone want to know anything when i go see him?

Ask about larger sizes. A 14 or 18-20 gallon one would be awesome

He might want to consider selling them direct on HBT and avoid paying EBAY, passing savings on to HBT'ers.

I see NO point in a conical for 5 gal. batches- my plastic bucket is just as efficient. I fully endorse the views given above. Unless it supports a FULL 10 gal. batch, I couldn't get interested. "Go big or go home."
