Glass Thermometers - A discussion on accuracy.

In my never ending quest to find a thermometer, that is slightly better than sticking my finger in the mash. I ran across this article about "Total Immersion" and "Partial immersion" thermometers.

An understanding of how to use a glass thermometer is critical for accurate readings.
