Gallon Mash Tun and Hot Liquor Tank Homebuild coolers
 

Wanting to build a 10gal Mash Tun and 5-10gal hot liquor tank to link to it. One problem, I have no idea what size items to get or what all I need to put these together. Trying to build up a parts and price list to throw in an exel sheet to sell the price to my "accountant". I prefer to use 3/8's tubing and copper coil for chilling if that makes any difference.

This is what I have found for parts so far. I would however want to look at installing thermometers also. Anyone got a good design they would like to share with plans, specific parts list etc?
