Get a large (10-15 gallon) round planter. Could be standard terra cotta or an ornate glaze, or cheap plastic. Run the lines up the bottom and out the rim in a semi circle. Then you can fill it up with ice an put bottles and cans and other stuff in there.
Another, more involved but dramatic variation on that. Set up a tray in the top of the planter and fill it with course sand or crushed glass. Pipe propane or NG into the bottom of the tray for one of the ornate fake fire pit things.
You will post pictures of what ever you do, right?

Or take Germey's idea and plant a bonsai tree in the planter. "The Tree of Life"

I once saw a set-up that used an aquarium. It was done pretty nicely too. The lines ran high so they didn;t obstruct the view of the fish inside.

I will definitely post pics....
I really like the "planter" idea only because I live in a pretty rural area (by SE Mass standards) and my yard is surrounded by woods. With all the really muggy weather we've been having, I'm thinking about clearing an area into the woods so it'll be totally shaded and a bit cooler. I was going to make it into the "beer garden". The planter idea would work really well.
Although the flame part would be damn cool as well.

I just had a flash on an idea. (Yes, blatant ripoff of one already posted)
Goto lowe's, home depot, etc. Get 2 of those former 1/2 oak barrel planters. Make a "barrel" out of it... run taps all around the top.

Its a pig roast. Take the head of the pig, freeze it. Run a few taps out of it.
I know - it sounds disgusting, but hey... Thats what you get for asking.

Why not use a old gas grill, it's a pig roast. Taps on the lid. this way you can hide the lines on the inside and you the wing/side tables can hold the glasses. It the size it rigth you can place a horse tub with ice for the kegs underneath. Some have the panels to hide them too.
