Default Is this funnel infected?

I was making a Berliner Weisse and had a starter of Lactobacillus ready to be dumped into the carboy. Then without thinking I just dumped the Lacto into the carboy with my brand new funnel with a splash guard. The funnel's infected and can only be used for sours right?

I used a racking can on one a while back. Best practice is probably to use it only for sours, but you can try sanitizing. On my racking cane I soaked in bleach and rinsed well, then soaked in Iodophor and rinsed well, then soaked in Star San. I figured the combination of the three would kill just about anything. I used it on non-sour beers after that and didn't run into any issues, so it's worth a try if you're willing to risk an unintended sour.

Wouldn't boiling it warp the plastic? And how long are you talking about? 10 min?
