Yep it can happen. I got 2.5 gallon mix frozen in a bucket from leaving it in the garage. Lame

What's the pH when you thaw it out?

I cannot say for sure because my PH strips read 4.6 - 6.2, however the color indicated to me it was much less 4.6.
