Default First brew on new rig tomorrow

Just wanted to gloat. I'm super excited - even for the things I'm not expecting!
1.062 ESB (but who knows what I'll actually get for numbers - it's a guess at about 80%)

Wait - you're gloating before you've actually done anything?

A rookie mistake, and ya just hate to see it...

Cheers!

I've made enough brews over the last 7 years to know what to expect - anything! It just can't go bad looking at my new beauty.

It was really awesome! Less boil off than expected, but other than that it was right on! There was a lot of beer wort on the ground while I took a hose from the pump to the kettle, etc., but I'm sure I'll get better at that with time.

It was MUCH easier in all!
