Just make sure you ask to have it running when you show up to make sure it cools properly, just speaking from previous CL experience. Otherwise great find!

Hey DB,

You could be in for some great suds when you get that up and running. Are you brewing authentic lagers with those imported European yeast cultures? I sure would if I had space for a system like that.

As it is, I am using a large capacity refrigerator for cold-ageing my beer in the carboys. It holds 4 carboys at a time and I leave it in there for 3 - 4 weeks. What a difference it makes.
