Default Fermentation chamber

image-1980736855.jpg

Have been considering doing a chest freezer for a chamber. Today a buddy of mine sent me this picture from work and asked if I was interested. Looks like I good setup to me. If I add a good shelf I think I could fit at least 4 carboys. Has anyone used a cooler like this?

I'll bet you could probably fit at least 6 fermenters in there with 1 shelf. Is it free, or how much?

Not sure if it's free yet. I know that commercial beverage coolers of this size go for 1200-2000.
I know that a chest freezer conversion will only run me about 300 or so total. I'm thinking if I have to pay 500 for this it is worth it.

Room is not an issue so I'm thinking if I can get it I'm going for it.
