Default False bottom and X really necessry

Been mashing with cooler. Just bought a new pot with false bottom to be my mash tun. Do I need something in addition to the false bottom like. Bazooka tube or braided his or is that just overkill?

Only thing you should need is a dip tube to pull the liquid from under the false bottom.
