If you like to tinker with stuff, it's really not that hard to rig up a pot or keggle w/ a ball valve and to rig a cooler into a MLT w/ SS screen or manifold and ball valve.

Depending on what you need (already have a big brew pot? Outdoor burner?), you could spend anywhere from about $100 to any conceivable amount.
