Default Does this exist?

I want to ferment in kegs and I want to put an air pressure release valve in top so when psi goes above 15 it let's its escape. Does something like this exist?

Yes, it exists. Search for "spunding valve".

You might want to watch this...the poster made one to use while steam sanitizing his Sanke Keg for use as a fermenter...you don't need the fancy fermenter kit, an orange carboy cap will fit on a Sanke Keg.

I have been considering this valve from mcmaster-carr for just that purpose. This is the cheapest I have seen this type of valve $36.88, most are several hundred dollars.

Ferment in a closed pressure cooker - from memory the blowoff is set to 14 PSI by the weight you set on the post sticking out of the lid..
