...Wyeast lambic blend? I recently snagged some aged hops, and I need to brew a lambic. Is this a good product? I dont want to end up with a cheasy tasting ale, I want a Lambic. Does anyone know much about lambic brewing, or know any sites that will help me out?

Of course for a quick and free solution, there is always the brewing network.

I appreciate it. The main thing im looking for is opinions on the Wyeast lambic blend though. I dont have the guts for spontanious fermentation.
