Default CPC Quick Disconnects for CO2?

Does anyone know if you can use these CPC quick disconnects for CO2? I'm assuming the pressure isn't a problem, and I wouldn't think that they would leak CO2.

They look similar, but not identical, to the ones used by my local craft brewery for CO2. I would buy one set and give them a try, personally.

Hmm...they're a bit pricey. Might wait and see what I hear on here first. Thanks, though.

Not sure what you are trying to accomplish with the dissconects, but I used these:

http://cgi.ebay.com/AIR-TOOL-ACCESSORY-SET-KIT-QUICK-CONNECT-COUPLERS-BRASS-/380204823229?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item5885f9 32bd

to create a CO2 utility line so I could switch out ball lock connects, my DIY carbonation cap chuck and air gun for purging quickly and easily. Ill put up a thread shortly to show exactly what I am talking about

I use those for my portable mini-keg cooler. I use them for both gas and liquid without a problem.

the link says they are for gas lines in a draft system, so what's your worry?

I linked to the wrong ones there. Mine are gray, so I wasn't sure if they were just for liquid, which is what they were used for before I got them.

I've been using mine for CO2 with no problems though.

I have seen people use CPC disconnects before. I have some for this incase I decide to run my CO2 tank outside the keezer someday. This would allow me to disconnect it at the freezer with relative ease. From what others have said they seem to work well.
