I got a killer deal on a 15gal minibrew conical. I think I've got this thing figured out. The only thing Im worried about is temperature control. My house stays about 63 for most of the year. In the summer months it might get to 70 unless we have some crazy heat wave and we get into the 80's.
I've never had a problem fermenting in glass carboys. Does a conical generate more heat? I've read a lot of threads about people being concerned about heat.
