Anyone have experience with a commercial food warmer as a hot liquor tank? They are typically 1200 W per standard warming tray (22 quart). I have seen larger capacity ones. They are designed to keep food at >140 F so thermostat range should be right. They are sometimes available used pretty cheap. Would be cheaper/simpler than a cooler,element, controller. Otherwise, I am thinking of a heat stick and an Igloo cooler.
