Default Chiller -Copper or Stainless Steel?

Is there a functional difference between copper and stainless steel immersion chillers?

What are the benefits of one over the other?

Copper conducts heat a lot better than stainless, but it's a lot more expensive.

Copper is also easier to work with (softer).

those are really good prices for chillers. My 25' chiller I made myself cost about $40 when all was said and done.

Thanks for the quick feedback. I may opt for a 30 or 40 plate chiller instead.
