I bought this scale off Amazon for about $9. It's small but works great! I've used it to measure hop ounces as well as bigger bowls to measure out DME, etc. It has a tare function, seems very accurate and is of good quality all around. Can't beat it for the price: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...ls_o00_s00_i00
I have been using Eatsmart Precision Pro for a few years with no problems. Consistent readings when I have opened previously weighed packages. No problem weigh hops or grains. When weighing grains I generally weigh about 5-6lbs at time, but I prepackage my sacks of base malts in 10lb bags to make it fairly easy on brew day.
I do have a seperate little gram scale for brew salts like the one mtodd22 linked
Add more hops! Always add more hops
