Default Carbonation Stone

I got 2 carbonations stones for christmas how fast can I expect carbonation to be achieved. It usually took 5 days just sitting in the kegs at constant pressure with no shaking. Also are there any pressure adjustments I have to account for.

my beer carbonates within 24 hours with no shaking required and an on average pressure of about 10 psi.

That being said, I have particularly noticed of late that the beer really still benefits from a 5 day conditioning period. I just kegged my Steam ber in the last two weeks and it dramatically changed in flavor and body during the first five days...
