I'm buying my first kegs today off a craigslist ad. Does anyone have advice on what I should be looking for to know they are in fine working condition?

Make sure the lid seats properly. Dents on the side are no big deal. Dent around the lid area is a concern as it can give problems getting a good seal.

A little more back ground... I offered $150 for 4 kegs,2 carboys,co2 tank with a 3 way regulator,a couple brass faucets, and some miscellaneous. Seems like too good of a deal right?

Make sure they hold pressure. That's all that matters. I'd definitely replace the o-rings.
