Default burners?

What Is a good burner to buy? I have a 13 gallon kettle and I don't want it to break on me.and also do they sell these anywhere like a restaurant supply ...i just checked at homedepot and they didn't have any. Or do I just order online?

I use 60k burners that do just fine for 10 gallon batches. You won't hurt your kettle unless you leave it over the burner empty...just like cooking on your kitchen range. Some folks use much higher, but I don't see need. Many folks including me use Bayou Classic burners, check some of the online homebrew shops and they will help give you ideas too.

Here's a link to a restaurant supply vendor that has good deals on cast iron jet burners.
