Default It broke

my auto siphon broke into 2 peices: The "L" shaped peice. Is there a way to mend it fast? I tried sticking the hose into it, and it didn't work, and I also tried duct tape. If not, do places like home depot sell that stuff? I am going to have to make a trip out to the hbs tomorrow if I can't find a quick fix I have to transer my stout to the 2ndary.

Help!

Did you try splicing it with a short piece of siphon hose?

YOU ROCK! i was banging my head on the wall trying to come up with something. guess i was thinking so hard i missed the obvious. the splice job did work, though i was rather upset that i only got about 4 gallons of my oatmeal stout into the secondary. the last gallon was SO thick that i couldn't salvage any of it. rather disapointing... hope it is ok!

Good call. I was going to recommend the same.
