Would it be a good idea to use this cleanser as a sanitizer? I do have some SaniClean and am familiar with iodophor and StarSan, but I have a packet of the Brewers Edge and don't want to waste it.
The label says "Brewing Cleanser with Chlorine". It says it contains a 200 ppm chlorine strength at the recommended mix. It will sanitize with 10 minutes contact. It also says "a brief rinse is sufficient for sanitizing clean surfaces". I got some with some equipment I bought but when it's gone, I'm using something else.
