I'm new fairly new to brewing but I've caught the bug. I've got several 5 gallon batches under my belt, a pale ale and a bitter aka the Duchess. Now I find myself looking to upgrade my brew pot. Ideally I'm looking at a ball valve with a silencer, thermometer, and site glass. I would like something sexy (on a budget) and weldless. My pot is a 44qt stainless bayou classic. Input, links would be appreciated.
